What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, message, and service interests you submit. If you book a call, Calendly collects the scheduling details you provide. The site also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic — it sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, referring site, device type, and approximate location.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered via Formspree (formspree.io), call scheduling is handled by Calendly (calendly.com), and traffic measurement by Google Analytics. Each acts as a processor under its own privacy policy. Fonts are self-hosted; no font request leaves this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, scope potential work, and run engagements you've signed up for. Nothing else — no marketing lists, no cold sequences.
Client code and data
During engagements, access to your code and systems is granted by you, scoped by you, and revocable by you. Work product is committed to your repositories. We retain no copies of client code after an engagement ends. NDA-sensitive environments can use the Private Execution option, where AI tooling runs locally and nothing touches a public cloud API.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement. Email contact@disruptiveconsulting.ai to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
